Are people feeling uncertain or struggling with apprehension or negativity; holding themselves and the business back?

Confidence — is when you demonstrate that you know who are, what you want and what you believe. Secure in knowing you can be you and show your true colours — even if you are different in some way. Being ok with uncertainty and not knowing everything — because we can’t and that’s ok. Knowing what you can have faith and trust in.
